press NVDA numpad 7 if you are on a desktop or press NVDA page up if you are on a laptop to activate screen review mode. then you navigate by using NVDA numpad 7 and 9 to go to the previous line or next line, respectively. if you find a clickable element, such as an option in the main menu or buttons in game like travel, trade ETC, first you have to press NVDA numpad divide to root the mouse cursor then press numpad divide without the NVDA key to click it.
