Windows 10 Accessibility Update

Marking Global Accessibility Awareness Day, Windows is going to see some improvements for low vision and blind users scheduled for its May update. These improvements include a thicker cursor with custon color, size, and an indicator. Improvements to Narrator aimed at producing more complete sentences with proper pronounciation, and the ability to hear notifications for things like "scan on" and "scan off" as tones instead. Narrator will now also automatically start reading web pages from the top, along with page summaries on demand, and the ability to find out where a link goes before clicking.
