It would be somewhat amusing, though that would mean walking through a practically empty stage because all the enemies will have murdered each other before you were there.
Is there a way to make the enemies jump over pits and teleporters? I know in the actual stages most of the enemies seem to avoid them quite often, but in my custom stages they almost always seem to die or get teleported around.
