Thanks for the steps, I think I should be able to get clang now.
Also, do you have any recommendations for taking my knowledge of c to next level? I am done with the basics, finished the Stephen prata's book, and I do think that I can mostly solve the basic problems. But I am having trouble moving beyond this point.
I am thinking of using an algorithm book for beginners, and apply the algorithms within c, but if you do have any other suggestions I would be happy to read them.
