Odd Occurrence with NVDA 2020.1

Hi Everyone,
I enabled advanced settings in NVDA and customized them to my liking and pressed enter to save and close the dialogue, but when opening the advanced settings again, the advanced settings checkbox was unchecked. This constantly happens. Anyone know how I can go about fixing this?
