SPOILERS!
Based on your gender, you can get a different scene with each of the four characters. It happens after you complete the three main quests, in the tavern. I've gotten Simeon and Matthias on two different playthroughs and other friends got Sister Alexia or Gwen. So... It's possible, and as far as I know the crystal caves thing ensures you get Gwen, or Sister Alexia, depending on who you have in your party at that moment so she can make that remark.
