@leibylucw, Well, Outlook and the Office suite in general is sluggish in specific areas with NVDA. I should test with other screen readers. Maybe I'll submit a feedback ticket or two regarding the matter. Does Outlook start with other screen readers or none at all? What happens when you launch NVDA after Outlook?
@fatih, While you could just locate the attach item in Outlook, or even press the combination keys for that item, the quickest way is to add it to your quick-access bar. That way, you can press alt+1-0, corresponding to the position of the item on the bar.
