Removing the playlist ID from the link solved the issue. Why is this added in the first place by the way?
I think the best way to share YouTube links that work with FooYouTube is to click on the share button for a video below the player. The links are shorter, just containing the video code, and replaces youtube.com with youtu.be. From there, you can also change the time the video starts from the link, though those don't work with FooYouTube in my experience.
