Re: don't forget to drink more water than soda/sugary drinks.
I on avrage drink 1 soda a week and the rest of the times is all ice water. I hate seltzer now that crap tastes like shampoo and bath tub cleaner. I live outside Philadelphia and we got great tap water but inside Philly the water is nasty.
