Win 7 is old. Update to windows 10! Right, now!
But seriously why do people still use this? It's a good os sure, but you can't run a lot of newer games on it (depending on if you're a mainstream gamer or not that might not be an issue), you don't get updates. Yeah I loved win 7 back in the day, but now it just hides under the nostalgia blanket and windows 10 is my everyday OS.
