No, it's called Eurotruck Simulator. It's a graphical game in which you drive semis like Volvo, Scania, Man and others. You have a trucking company and you have to take jobs to get certain loads to different places. The higher paying jobs are more difficult - the time you have to get from point A to B is less, damage to the trailer significantly undercuts the value of the stuff inside, and there's more chances to get put through a weighing station.
There is also one called American Truck Simulator. Both these games are moddable with different trucks and the like, but they are really not going to be playable by us.
