If you wanted another screen reader that works on the majority of Android phones anyway (that you may or may not already have heard of) you may want to check Commentary Screen Reader.
To get a couple things out of the way, it is Chinese-developed. Plus, the only way to obtain it freely is to sign up to the Telegram (or possibly WhatsApp) group chats under the files section. If those mentioned are deal-breakers for you, no matter the speed and features of the screen reader, don't even bother. However, if you are curious, here's the link to the Telegram group, where you can ask all manner of questions about the screen reader and receive quick, handy responses.
