I have a big problem I bought a playstation 4 but my region is recorded in europe for it please more specifically it is recorded lithuania and I changed the region I changed to usa as well and language i changed to USA but anyway options menu is not texst to speach and my final question would be such if playstation 4 neklba or game the lest of us part 2 speak or not?
