You know tech matters too much when...
Ah, the pitfalls of loving computers and smart devices. They call you a geek! They call you a wiz but it sounds like they hate you for it! Most everyone's absolutely certain that if you make it you'll make it big, but if you fail, you'll fail miserably! You suffer bouts of insomnia owing to those chats and unread notifications peppering your system at least every half hour! You want to keep up with it all and are now wondering how much sleep you really require to make sure it gets done!
At the same time, maybe you're wondering if it's time you unplug? Perhaps you're concerned that you've reached the point of no return? Find out at the end. You'll know you've become too much of a tech when...
1. You've recently participated in a discussion to loyally defend something tech related.
2. You're certain your preferences and choices in hardware and software separate you from the rest of the world.
3. You've been refered to as condescending because you feel everyone should know how to use serch engines like you do.
4. You never give up on troubleshooting any tech issue until you come up with a solution.
5. You still want terminal access on your smartphone.
6. Your being on a tech forum has resulted in at least one serious relationship.
7. You believe the best time to get anything good done is at night.
8. You know who the woz is and why he's more important than jobs.
9. You know what ram is and what it does.
10. It's a tower! Not a box!
