If you want the music though and want to acquire it legally, there are a number of places in which to get it, and some are either free for creative commons use or allow free trial downloads. Audio Network for example, where the Byron and Chaos Ogma battle music comes from, offers a free trial account that allows you to download 10 full songs, but you still need to buy either the $10 or $100 license to use them.
That actually makes me wonder what license Aaron needed for Manamon, the site's vague descriptions imply that $10 is an individual creator license and $100 is a business license. I imagine it had to be $10 because I couldn't imagine him having to pay $200 for two tracks used in the game, or more if there are more from AudioNetwork.
