Re: Can i get sounds from VGStorm's games?
Well, goldwave, audacity and reaper can each do this. I don't use audacity anymore, but I recall it being available in the devices list when I did many years back. In goldwave, you hit F11, go to the recording tab, find the combobox that says recording mode, and set it to unbounded. You then go to the devices tab and find the one that says something like loopback, <whatever your normal speakers are>. Once done, you hit F9 to record, nevermind the prompt for a duration because unbounded nullifies that, then just go back into the game and go to wherever the song is.
In reaper, hit control P, go to devices, put the mode on shared loopback, then select the speakers you'd normally use. Come out of there and create a new track, arm it with F7 - do not turn on record monitoring because it will loop infinitely and cause issues. Then hit W to ensure you're at the beginning of the timeline and R to record, mash space twice when done and control alt R to render.
