Reminds me of how I used a level 14-16 team to beat that stupid daias. The trick is to use the same type manamon so when he shifts, you can get multiple attacks in. Same strategy goes for hyper symphonid. Vary your physical and special attacks and you're good to go. I have quite a fame for using underlevel parties to beat higher level mobs for some reason, but also renowned for being herb burner because of said strategies.
