OK, so this is meant to be a guide there are slight changes but with this I guess you should be able to figure and play something out
melody starts with a small rest, then:
a d a, then descend to e,
a d a, then descend to d
a d a, then descend to e, f# g f# d e
repeat exactly that
then for the other section
d c# d a, d c# d g f# e d a d d, e and c#, those two at the same time.
your chords are roughly
d/f# g a bm d/f# g a7 and repeat
for the second section
bm a g d/f# em d/f# g and a7
the slash followed by the note is that the bass note of the chord should be that one, so its a d major chord but the bass is in f#.
