Can't find it either. Looked all over the dashboard, as well as through the front page of the store. I even rebooted the console thinking that might force a content refresh.
I read a review stating it started a day early, but maybe only for reviewers/properly credentialed press? Wanted to kick the download off before work, but maybe the tile goes live later sometime during the PDT workday.
