I really need a tutorial
Hello! I've tried many times installing a mod with open IV, but it's really difficult. When i press for example delete key, it doesn't do anything. When i press replace, it says unavailable. I need a tutorial step by step how to copy to an rpf file, because replase/ctrl v just doesn't work. How do you guys install mods with open IV, or how can you copy files from a downloaded paggage, like the police improvements mod?
