Thats probably because at the same time the window opens, or even a little bit before that moment, the console window for the Python script shows up, which is a behaviour you don't want to occur as soon as you deliver your product. You can however solve that by renaming your script to .pyw and opening it with the corresponding pythonw instead of python interpreter, that will hide the console window and prevent this from happening.
