i can't help you much, but they work fine with jaws here. i like the indian one, specially the way it reads stuff. it sounds like a real human, with ocasional errors. when i showed the voice to people around me, they couldn't believe its a synthetic voice.
anyways, british english ones are good too. emah and amy. but i don't find american ones that good compared to others.
