Game of thrones the telltale series is playable, however you need a controller to play if you’re planning to play the game on PC. As for the OCR, it might be possible to read menu options with it, but for in-game choices it’s impossible because you are only given a few seconds to make a choice so you have to be fast on that.
Also there are exploration in the game, it’s doable but you need some patience to complete one of these parts, same goes for quicktime events and some puzzles. Some puzzles are easy but some others are a bit complicated.
