MyDearWatson, I'm going to issue a caution here.
What you're doing isn't a personal attack, but it's damn close, and depending on how it's taken, I could see someone getting fairly upset with this.
When you say things like "are you so arrogant", that's a pretty confrontational way to approach someone. If the developer had done something insulting or upsetting directly to you, then maybe (but only maybe) this is justified. Being annoyed because an error is causing a program not to work for you is understandable, but you can't just say that you're trying to help by saying stuff like this.
Thus, a caution. It's totally okay to be frustrated. It's even okay to show some of that frustration. But the way you posted really scuffs that line between what's okay and what's not.
