Re: react-native/flutter opinions

React Native uses native controls of the platform it's on and has explicit accessibility support.  Dart doesn't use the native controls of the platform it's on, but also has explicit accessibility support, and Chris Norman has used it and says it's fine.  SO basically, pick whichever and you'll be good.

Dart might have an advantage in a year or 2, as they are working on desktop support and will likely add accessibility to it.  React Native has desktop support, but unlike Dart, you have to write your desktop app using desktop specific features, so unless you're good at abstracting already, you can't really do a 5-platform app.  For example, people will put the platform specific bits behind components and just port those, but if you're just learning that's not super likely to be something you can do right.
