Try buying 100 devil figures and go to 24-1.
After you are in the level, jump down from your bowt and jump back up on it. If you hear a bleep bleep bleep sound, then this means that you have all the required things and are ready for your weapon. Keap destroying metal plates until you reach location 100, then jump from your bowt. If you do this right you'll land in some kind of flowting um. I guess platform, yeah. It has to be a platform. Its inside of a building so it can't be an island.
