thanks for consideration, however, i successfully converted the video in mp3, indeed there are a lot of sites out there, some have time limitation while some others are not easy to use.
but this site: www.video2mp3.net is the best of all, no time limits, no difficulties, its interface is easy and it does a great job.
i'll highly recommend that site for converting youtube videos to mp3.
