Firstly, you can play the post game in any order if you like. If you want, go to Requiem Palace, fight Princess Andromeda, She'll give you Requiem Dust. Go to edge of the world, near the cliff, use the Item, fight Hatthirrilion, and capture it.
Next you can go in the Submarine Tunnel, not confirmed what the exact name is, but it is there near the Shadow Canyon. Beat the Hyper Water Boss, get a lot of Xp and there's some important item, so don't miss it.
Next if you want, you can challenge Mastar Dyas in Shadow Canyon, Hyper Sinphonid in the Brightenburg Wilderness. Though it's a little tricky to find it in the start, but you'll find it if you search in the left side of the Forest. Next, the Eternity Angel, you'll find it somewhere in the Catacombs Dungeon Entrance
Next if you want you can challenge Baren Biren in the area before the Frozen Hinterland.
Next you can beat all 7 Stadium Leaders, and Master Rubin.
Next you can explore the Evil Catacombs, and fight somebody, you'll see who. And that gives you some pretty cool items.
And finally, complete the Manopedia. To make it easy for you, whenever you challenge the Master Stadium, you will be able to challenge 3 hyper forms one time. To fight them again, you'll have to beat the Masters Stadium again. Since you have all the 3 black items, you can get those 3 mithics to complete your manopedia.
Whatever I said above, that can be played in any order. But Note: You'll have to explore Catacombs to capture the 3 Mithics.
