@Camlorn's absolutely right on how to interact with the STS map -- the left stick / DPad lets you move among the selectable nodes, the right stick allows you to explore derivations and forks. The keymap layout on the Github page is very thorough and descriptive.
Beyond that, the Slay The Spire Wiki is very helpful, especially for learning about the mechanics.
@wlomas I think the only real answer to when keyboard support is coming is: when Stewie has time -- he is a college student, after all. Gotta dedicate some of that free time to gettin' with tha ladies, if ya follow me...
