Gonna be honest here. I see Enes and Ironcross as similar-ish in scope.
Enes's scenario is clearly never going to happen, but it still expresses a wish that someone die horribly.
Ironcross's wording is a bit closer to home, and is a bit easier to put into practice. While it's extremely unlikely, someone who shares Ironcross's apparent bias could conceivably read his words, go "Okay, you know what? He's right, damn it. Someone has to put those scum down", and then perpetrate violence against either a black person in general (which is absolutely -not who Ironcross was actually targeting) or someone who vocally supports BLM. It's easier to do random violence to one random person than it is to torture and kill the leader of a country.
I'm not super okay with either extreme, honestly. I think both have problematic elements. And Enes, I think it would be better if you owned that instead of protecting yourself from it and trying to waive the blame.
