Everything has bugs.  I have found at least 5 bugs in popular libraries in the last 6 months.  I'm pretty sure this case is just you not knowing how to use the tool, though: have you tried Stack Overflow?

But in general, yeah, Microsoft stuff tends to be not the most stable in the world.  It's not terrible, it's just, they were the home OS company for 20 years and probably should have left well enough alone when it comes to trying to get into the server space.
