I don't think we have any online audio games that a sighted person would find interesting to be honest...
You could play singleplayer games like Code 7, Slay the Spire, and Warsim and challenge each other with how far you get, or do it over a video call with a shared screen, but it's not really the same thing.
On the phone, Dice World, Trivia Crack Kingdoms, and some MMO's would work though.
Other than that, games like Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat, and Street Fighter, or Call of duty Black Ops Zombies or some of the Jackbox Party Pack games would work with practice.
