It really doesn't leave much up to belief though. I mean wearing that weapon doesn't have much context in a patrol shift for example, but as soon as you walk in the door of a poling place, that suddenly will take on context, because there are people doing their civic duty by voting in that place. The presence of that weapon, especially when combined with the trump hat leaves very little to doubt about that message.
