hey, meetbag just go to python.org and go to downloads. then find download latest python and click on windows and you will get some releases. but i recomend python37 or 38 based versions. because python 39 is release resently. so, if any bugs, that's why.

and you will have a list of releases for windows. there select a version and go in to that list. there you can find x86 64 installer. that's the 64bit installer.
