I think @15 said it the best. Frankly, the way people have been pushing these games at us makes me wonder what's going wrong with the blind gaming market in china. After trying some of the Chinese games and them being largely pay to win, I wonder no longer.
The bad translation thing really gets to me as well. Even with the japanese games, any that have a decent amount of story I can't really bring myself to get through; mainly due to me wondering what the hell they're trying to say. I'm usually not a fan of games that don't have a decent amount of story, so this presents an issue.
