@everyone: He might have taken into account that the pm system blows, and it might not be the best thing to put into a report. Maybe it was easier to create a topic here. And, well, no harm done from an moderation standpoint.
@mechaSkyGuardian: You are indeed correct. This is something an admin will have to change at Haily's request, but us moderators do not have control over the ranks.
