Yes their is, it's in the network and internet settings.
1: open Control Pannel.
Press Windows to go to the Start Menu, then arrow down 3 or 4 times and press enter to open it.
2: press tab until you get to network and internet or type "Network and Internet" in the search box.
3: press enter to open it, then tab to "notify me when a device connects" and press space to check the box.
4: move to "save settings" and press enter.
This was done on Windows 10 with the Windows Jen accessibility mod installed, so it might be different for you.
