It's really baffling to me how nearly every game of yours Mason struggles enormously with properly resetting on launch of a new game, or sometimes even after program restart.
Hell this curse even followed you from BGT to Python.
It really confuses me how something as simple as the sword, lives, and potions being the same after finishing the game and restarting could be missed. Often times in the past, it's taken several tries to get rid of this problem on your end and even then usually some values are left over.
So please, for the sake of all that is holy, what ever you keep doing, stop doing it.
