I don't yet know if i will get the digital or disk version.
The disk one does have a big advantage, while the buying price is higher, you have a better chance of getting games cheaper. With the digital one, you are limited to PSN and the prices called for there, accept if there are sales going on from time to time. Also you don't have the possibility of game keys like for steam or the xBox. With the disk version, I can get games cheaper after they are out for some months or even weeks, as well as check prices online and get the cheapest one.
If game keys would be available on the playstation, that would be a completely different story.
