so, you need environment variables in order to access python.exe from command prompt. if it gets wrong with installer, try doing it manually
try reparing installation, there select add python to path. but if it still din'tnwork, add it manually
on the searchbox of the start button, search for environment viarables. there you can see edit system environment variables. open it, and on the dialog, find option called environment variables button. click it and click edit on the path variable. then click new and add your python installation directory path. just paste the path and done. then once again do new and add scripts directory path. again just paste the path.
but, google how to addd python topath. if your new to the environment variables and all that. if your not new, then you can pull it off. if your new, i suggest you to follow the guide on google because you should not mess with different variables other than path variable.
