The more things that get changed, the more likely data will have to shift to accomodate, and that's why you start seeing mislabelled maps in Anniversary Crystal, footstep sounds breaking and such. That's why my alteration to Crystal still works perfectly with the scripts, because all it ever does is replace a piece of data with another piece of the same type. There aren't any new maps, items, events going on. If I knew about Perfect Crystal or if it existed back then I probably would've just played it instead, because it just does things similar to what mine does plus a few things like fixing glitches.

I came across another small issue, which I guess would've been an issue in the original PCA script too, it just never actually popped up. Because you can only enable or disable all HMs in pathfinder, it can try to send you on a path you can't take if there are multiple paths to get to something which require different HMs (example: Vermilion Gym). I was playing Yellow and it kept trying to direct me across the water, because I had no way to tell the scripts I have Cut but not Surf. Again, I've done this enough times in the past that I just did a bit of exploring to find the cut tree, but I can see this being extremely confusing for someone who's never played this game before. If you could add a way to enable and disable individual HM moves for pathfinder, that would be helpful.
