Listener position is on the context. I don't understand the rest of what you're asking, but it sounds like basic Python questions. If you want to find Synthizer features, read the object reference. It maps to the Python bindings in a very straightforward way. You can also read the Python source code which is pretty easy to follow if you need further explanation as to how something works from Python.
I am happy to answer specific questions, but I don't have the time to teach you how to use the library. If you can't figure it out from the couple games we have using it, the tutorial, the rest of the manual, the Python examples in the repository, and the source code of the Python bindings, you're just going to have to wait. As I recall you're a new programmer, so I understand why it might be difficult for you to figure things out at the moment. But as I have said, this is pre-1.0 software, and better documentation aimed at newer programmers will happen in the future.
