I've tried netflix with the web browser on my pc and with iOS as well.
The web browser version is accessible, but the screen reader can't read the subtitles automatically.
The iOS version is accessible as well, voice over can read the subtitles and the accessibility is really great.
However, if you have a bit of sight, it's not really worth it to watch netflix on an iPhone screen.
