You first create a dictionary file.
Go to the options menu of NVDA, find the read dictionary option and expand it, then select the voice dictionary and press Enter.
Then, press tab to find add and press space.
Then write a letter randomly in the first and second edit boxes, and then press Enter twice to confirm.
Then you go to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\nvda\speechDicts\voiceDicts.v1\, you will find there are two folders, one is sapi4 and the other is sapi5.
Check if your speech synthesizer is sapi4 or sapi5.
According to your speech synthesizer, select the corresponding folder to enter.
The dictionary you created is placed in the corresponding folder.
Next, open the dictionary I created and press ctrl+a and ctrl+c.
Then open the dictionary you created, delete all the contents inside, then press ctrl+v, then ctrl+s to save, and then close.
That's it.
