There isn't much I can personally do, but, look for some professional help, if possible. In the meantime, I can recommend tracking your moods and emotions, and seeing if you can figure out what causes to feel the ways that you do. You could use phone apps for this, a simple computer document, or just a note on your phone. Whatever works best for you is okay. Suicide isn't the answer, even if it may seem like your only choice. There are things you can do to feel better.
