Adding more peds in GTA
Hi, I'm looking to add more peds as well as having npc cars drive faster.
I know that many mods require open IV but I'm not quite sure on how to use that.
If there are mods that don't require Open IV which do what I want, if someone could post them, that would be awesome.
If not, if someone could give a rundown on how to use Open IV, that would be great.
