in 7, quiplash, talking points (if with a group of people on zoom or in person) and blather 'round are all accessible. don't bother with devils as even though you can toggle voice over on a phone and flick things, but honestly it's a bit of crap shoot, and obviously the drawing game isn't doable.
I can't really speak for six as accessibility was a bit of an afterthought and only joke boat and dictionarium have accessibility enhancements.
