For me, basically everything including the inventory and skill screens.
I do have a partly success though, it seams that you have to set a certain interval, if you let Lion scan to fast, it won't read out anything. i now set it to 0.5 seconds and it does read out some things, but still not reliably what loot you have lying around.
It seams that you automatically pick up stuff on the ground.
