yep agreed. because sometimes the extra effort we need to put in is too much. Also, sometimes people don't let you help, and you get tired of coming up with things to do but not being able to. I hear a lot of people should struggle as much as I had to in these rebuddles to these situations, whether you mean to write that or not. Blindness is hard, and that's immature to say that IMPO in many cases.
Wish more of us would submit bugs to Google, Microsoft, and Apple though. LOL.
