Hmm, yeah now that you mention it the Vuzix Blade runs Android 5.1.1, and the Vision-800 runs Android v4.4. Not sure if OCR or The vOICe works on them, but there's different/newer Vuzix models of glasses [here], the M400 runs Android 8.1, and the M4000 runs Android 9.0. So far, the latest android version is 11.0, and updates are still rolling out back to 8.0, so if your looking for some future proofing on security updates the M4000 could be worth looking at, but the M400 would still work.
